Well, they fixed the roads. Ooops, nope. The road wash-out was repaired by the FEMA recipients after months of ineffectiveness of our board.
The washout occurred in April of 2025. The road repair started in September of 2025, after some families applied for and received FEMA funds (the ones who actually used their awarded funds for the washout repair).
They refused to authorize funds to fix and maintain the other roads until after the January 2025 Zoom meeting (which Jerry had to call them out to schedule).
They held a vote to "authorize" the association to fix the roads that are dedicated roads to our association - a vote that was overwhelming in favor of fixing the darn roads.
Now they have cancelled the annual meeting and board elections until further notice. Why? Why should this board have more time to ineffectively spin their wheels? OH, because they have a personal agenda to pursue - and who cares about repairing our community;.
